mission_plansAmber delivers high-quality consultancy and training provisions for aggression and risk management. We use leading-edge, evidence-based approaches (see Supporting Work)  to develop exceptional services for our clients, and rewarding and satisfying working experiences for our employees and company associates. The promotion of the safety, well-being, dignity and rights of your service-users is our core aim.

Every day we help our client organizations, often from health, social care or educational settings, to achieve and maintain conditions of operational safety for their service-users. Here, we take the term ‘service-users’ most broadly to include the organizations clients, patients and / or pupils; their staff; and all professional and other visitors to the organization. We empower our client organizations and these service-users with high-quality consultancy and training provisions across a range of measures.

Our products cover a broad range of risk-management strategies that will be tailored to your specific area through a careful, professional assessment of your needs. Depending on this assessment, our service will usually encompass a variety of the following areas, either as stand-alone provisions or in combination:
