Amber can utilize several research-based risk assessment tools to give informed clinical judgments of risk. We have a particular expertise within child and adolescent services, where assessments might be required for levels of risk of actual or potential perpetrators of violence; referral reports for suitability of future placements; or for specialist assessments for legal reports such as Mental Health Review Tribunals, Hospital Manager's Reports or reports required for Court.

Furthermore, we at Amber have extensive training in working with young people within forensic mental health contexts. We can work with child witnesses, victims or perpetrators, who require specialist assessment, forensic interviewing or professional evaluation of their mental health, developmental or cognitive needs.
